Graduate Development Programmes

Our Graduate Development Programmes

The Engineering Graduate Development Programme supports university engineering undergraduates, as well as providing on-the-job training for engineering graduates. The programme is ideal for electrical engineers looking to focus on power systems engineering. We are also interested in mechanical and civil engineers.

The Business Graduate Development Programme offers you exciting career opportunities in a number of professional areas outside of engineering. These include developing and monitoring supply and security systems, risk analysis, planning and managing major projects, along with many others.
