Applying for jobs
Register your details in our recruitment database to receive emails whenever we advertise vacancies that may interest you. If you register your CV in the system, we can try to match your skills to vacancies as they arise and invite you to apply.
Agencies submitting applicants for vacancies must have a Preferred Supplier Agreement with Transpower.
Confidentiality
All applications will be treated with the strictest confidence. When one of our agency partners is managing a vacancy on our behalf, we will make this clear in the vacancy information.
Graduate Development Programmes
In 2011 we expect to recruit around 10 undergraduates and graduates for our graduate programmes. Applications close on 1 June 2011.
Our two comprehensive programmes will give you unrivalled experience as you rotate around a number of our teams, as well as offering external secondments.
Applying from overseas
For some vacancies we invite overseas applications. If you are successful in your application, you will need to meet criteria specified by Immigration New Zealand.
If you are one of our successful overseas applicants, we will provide assistance with:
- household removal
- travel
- short-term accommodation once in New Zealand
- settlement services (such as home and education search when needed)
