If you are a service provider, please contact 0800 THE GRID / 0800 843 4743 for all general enquiries regarding power lines, towers, or the grid.
This is a 24-hour number and will direct your call to either one of our engineers, the BeforeUDig team (for all underground fibre optic, gas, and powerline inquiries), or Grid Related projects.

If you spot a live power line on the ground or damage to one of our towers posing a safety risk, please stay away and contact 111.
