Grid Skills is New Zealand's foremost provider of electricity industry networks skills.
Grid Skills is a private training establishment that has been granted registration by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority under Part 18 of the Education Act 1989.

Anyone working on Transpower's assets or in restricted areas is required to be properly trained and appropriately competent for any tasks they undertake.

MySkills is a learning management system that allows Transpower to manage all Grid Skills training courses in a single system, and allows people to request Grid Skills training online.
Approvers should use this form to request new MySkills user accounts or update the details of existing users. An Approver is the person who will approve the user’s training.
