15 Jun 2010: Agreement signed
An agreement that will help improve the security of electricity supply into the greater Auckland region was signed today by Vector and Transpower.
25 May 2010: Power restored to Te Awamutu
Power has been restored to the Te Awamutu area. The cause of the fault is under investigation.
25 May 2010: Electricity Outage in Te Awamutu
The Te Awamutu area is currently experiencing a power outage due to a fault on the Karapiro to Te Awamutu transmission line.
20 May 2010: Waverley Outage
Transpower advises that it needs to undertake urgent maintenance work on a transformer in Waverley this Saturday 22 May.
11 May 2010: Drury switching station successfully commissioned
Transpower has successfully commissioned a new switching station at Drury, south of Auckland.

Power has been restored to the Motupipi area, Golden Bay.
