Transpower appoints Genevieve Just as Acting CFO

Transpower today announced the appointment of Genevieve Just as Acting Chief Financial Officer from 13 December 2025. 

Genevieve is currently Transpower’s Head of Finance and will act in the role until a permanent appointment to the position is made. 

Accountability for the customer function which currently sits under the Chief Financial Officer will transfer to Cobus Nel, Executive General Manager Information Services and Technology during this period. 

Current Chief Financial Officer Catherine Shaw finishes at Transpower on 12 December.
