New Learner Form

Use this form to request new MySkills user accounts or update the details of an existing ākonga (learner).

Where we refer to "An Approver" below, this is the person from your company who will approve your training.

Please ensure you have the required information before completing the form, including the ākonga's (learner's) own unique email address.  If a unique email address is not provided, the ākonga account cannot be created.

Grid Skills will create a unique username and ID normally within 48 hours.  The new ākonga will receive email confirmation of their login details.  Approvers will be able to view new ngā ākonga (learners) in MySkills at that time.
