The purpose and nature of these Regulations is described in the Electricity Information Disclosure Handbook. Transpower performed well financially last year, largely in line with planned expenditure and revenue forecasts. Earnings after tax, prior to net changes in the fair value of financial instruments, were $202 million (2012: $161 million).
