The application process
To be considered for a CommunityCare Fund grant, you will need to first complete and submit this short Expression of Interest form. This form captures an overview of your organisation, location, grant request (how much you're seeking) and your proposed project so we can see if all meets the established funding criteria (opens as a new window). If it does, you will then be invited to make a Full Application where you can provide more detail about your proposed project and your organisation.
So at this stage, we only need enough information to check the funding criteria can be met. We recommend considering all bullet points which make up the funding criteria.
