Transpower has commenced its review of benefit-based charges (BBCs) as part the Transmission Pricing Methodology (TPM) Operational Review.
In the BBC Workstream we intend to test whether benefit-based charges are operating as intended, identify any material problems and their causes, and determine whether further changes should be considered.
